Community Foundation

Soniv is built on the foundation of mutual respect, safety, and a shared passion for live experiences. This policy outlines the standards of conduct expected from all users, including attendees and organizers.

1. Professional Conduct

Interactions on the Soniv platform must remain professional and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited. This applies to public event listings, private messages, and in-person interactions at events facilitated by Soniv.

2. Safety First

Users must not engage in behavior that threatens the physical or emotional safety of others. Any reports of violence, stalking, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate investigation and potential account termination.

3. Respect for Organizers and Venues

Attendees must respect the rules and boundaries set by event organizers and venues. Disruption of events or damage to property is a violation of this policy.

4. Respect for Attendees

Organizers are expected to provide safe and inclusive environments. Misrepresentation of events or failure to provide promised security measures is a violation of this policy.

5. Automated Enforcement

To ensure a safe environment, Soniv employs automated systems to monitor for prohibited content and behavior. Violations may result in:

  • Automated Timeouts: Temporary suspension of account features (e.g., messaging or event creation) for a specified duration.
  • User Separation: Systems may prevent specific users from interacting with or seeing content from one another to prevent conflict.
  • Permanent Bans: Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent removal from the Soniv platform.

6. Reporting Violations

If a violation of this policy is witnessed or experienced, it should be reported immediately via the "Report" feature on the platform or by contacting: safety@soniv.app

7. Right to Refuse Service

Soniv reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at any time for behavior deemed harmful to the community, even if not explicitly listed in this policy.
