Know the five different numbers
- Face value: The per-ticket price the organizer lists.
- Buyer service fee: A platform fee shown to the purchaser before payment.
- Processing: Card/network costs, which may be included in a fee or passed through separately.
- Refund or chargeback adjustments: Later changes to the transaction or settlement.
- Organizer settlement: What becomes available for payout after applicable adjustments and the payment provider's schedule.

As described by SONIV's published fee schedule on October 18, 2026. The first paid purchase under SONIV's qualifying promotion waives the SONIV service fee; card-processing pass-through still applies. Purchaser status and real checkout terms determine the final amount. View the live public fee schedule (JSON).
What does the organizer keep?
SONIV's current published primary ticket model puts the listed face value on the organizer side and the service fee on the buyer side. That does not mean funds are instantly withdrawable or immune to refunds, disputes, taxes, payout delays, or agreements specific to your event. Confirm all settlement responsibilities before accepting orders.
Ask every platform the same questions
Is the service fee per ticket or per order? Is card processing included? Are there minimum payouts or delayed settlement windows? Who absorbs refunded fees? Can you export attendee data lawfully? Is there an offline door option? These questions usually matter more than a large “starting at” price.
