How do payouts work? +
Payouts are processed through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) to keep things secure. Once your account is verified, payouts can be sent to your connected bank account based on the event’s payout schedule.
Do I need to verify my identity? +
Yes for most payout-enabled hosting. Verification reduces fraud, helps with chargeback disputes, and is required by payment networks.
What’s the pricing model? +
Soniv uses tiered service fees paid by buyers ($2.99 under $25, up to $8.99 for $100+ tickets). You keep the full ticket price you set. You set your ticket prices and keep the majority of the revenue.
How do I handle age restrictions (18+ / 21+)? +
Add the restriction to your event listing and enforce it at the door. For higher-risk events, Soniv may require buyers to verify age.
Can I cancel or reschedule an event? +
Yes. If you cancel, communicate early and clearly. Refund/credit options should follow your posted policy and local regulations. If you need help, reach out to support.
